LINE5Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the LINE5 mobile game. By downloading, installing or using LINE5, you agree to these terms.
1. The game
LINE5 is a strategy puzzle game. Features may include local game progress, optional Google Play Games authentication and leaderboards, and optional consumable in-app purchases.
2. License
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use LINE5 for lawful personal entertainment purposes, subject to these terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the app.
3. Google Play Games
If you choose to use Google Play Games features, your use of those services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Leaderboard entries should reflect legitimate gameplay. Attempts to manipulate scores, exploit the service or interfere with other users may result in scores being removed or access to related features being restricted where technically and legally permitted.
4. In-app purchases
LINE5 may offer consumable digital items such as Double packs. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment, refund and account rules. Consumable items may be used up during gameplay and are not represented as permanent ownership of a separate product.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, rebalance or discontinue features of LINE5. We do not guarantee that every feature or online service will always be available without interruption.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse LINE5, attempt to gain unauthorized access to related services, intentionally interfere with service operation, distribute malicious modifications, or use automated or manipulated methods to submit illegitimate leaderboard results.
7. Intellectual property
LINE5, its original game content, visual design, software and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, platforms and services remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
LINE5 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to use LINE5. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.

Our handling of information is described in the LINE5 Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as LINE5 changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when revised terms are published.
